Aent in wth my two boys for a haircut. Told them how I wanted the boys hair to be cut. My boys are 15 and 14 years of age. After that I had went out to my car and waited since I wasn’t feeling too well. I had given my older son my feet card to pay for the services. Boys had gotten finished and came to the car where I then preceded Home. I had not looked at the receipt not even thinking about it. The next day I was looking and seen the haircuts See $50. Got to looking into it and found that each hair cut had a added tip my son not myself added. Is it customary to add tips without asking the client? I thought tips were given when the client thought such services were warranted. I did not know that a hair stylist could pick what she felt she deserved herself. I am not satisfied with this type of service at all. I mean if you feel the stylist deserves more money then raise your hair cuts another $10 and give them the raise. However, good luck with retaining customers. Well at any rate you’ve lost this one. Well you’ve lost three. My two sons and myself!

I would like to write review about my second visit. It is remarkable how different each visit was. My first visit was as great as I have experienced at any sportsclips. This time I was there for 30 minutes. I followed a mom and 2 children into the store. After we signed in 2 stylists finished the haircuts they were working on. Over the next 25 minutes a third stylist finished with her client. At no time were we acknowledged or welcomed. There was at least one more stylist walking around. The backroom seemed like the place to be. Since the employees don't seem to care about my business I left. There are many other local options.
